Derby Works Jacket
Made in Derby, UK in a small family factory that first opened it's doors in 1970's, one of the very few to survive. Our home town of Derby has a long tradition of textile and garment production, keeping the skills alive!
This "dead stock" 100% cotton sateen construction is super hard wearing cloth, sateen construction is often used by the military for it's durability and performance, though as we understand this compact, mid weight, soft hand fabric has no links to the military.
Button fronted, two lower pockets with reinforced panels, chest pocket with button flap and handy inner chest pocket with outer profile stitch and adjustable cuff. All inside seams are bound along with a buggy lining and beautiful "dead stock buttons" for a premium finish inside and out.
This mid weight jacket is a bit of an all rounder, works well as a mid layer with a heavier jacket or vest and can be a stand alone piece come the Spring, a staple piece offering great quality and versatility.

Composition:
- 100% Cotton
Wash Care:
- 30* wash, Do not tumble dry, warm Iron, Do not bleach, Do not dry clean. Wash similar colours together.
Below measurements are when garment is laid flat.
Chest measurements are taken 2cm below arm pits.
Back length dose not include the collar or rib.
