CRD Wool Button Jacket

A rare archived cloth woven and finished in the North of England in a traditional textile mill dating back to 1868. A premium wool and cotton blended double weave cloth, this piece is heavier than it looks. A rich dark indigo wool texture on the outside, woven together with a grey melange on the inside.
Mid-weight, button fronted, a standalone piece or ideal for layering in colder times.
Each piece is Individually cut and sewn in our home town of Derby, the quality and make are first class. Constructed by hand on vintage machines in the traditional way, all inner seams are taped and bound for a quality finish inside and out.
Two classic lower works pockets with authentic reinforced lower panels, with single pocket insert, outer chest pocket and handy inner chest pocket with outer profile stitch. Buttonholes cut one by one an industrial antique 1920's Singer buttonhole machine and finished off with beautiful dark brown deadstock buttons.
Every detail is considered, nothing is automate, nothing is rushed.
Short production run due to limited cloth availability, we are making around 12 pieces across all sizes.

Wash Care:
- Hand wash, dry clean, do not tumble dry, warm iron, do not bleach.
Measurements & Sizing:
Below are technical measurements when the garment is laid flat, these measurements will be bigger than your actual chest measurement, allowing room for movement.
Chest measurements are taken 2cm below armpits.
Back length does not include the collar or rib.
