Returns Policy

Full Price Returns

Our Refund Policy lasts 14 days from date of dispatch for full price items (excluding sale items which is 7 days). If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund though an exchange is possible. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags no removed. It must also be in the original packaging.

Included with your purchase is our Returns, Exchange & Refunds form, our aim is to make it as easy as possible for you to return any unwanted item.

Sale items Returns
If you need to return a sale item for exchange or full refund, please do so within seven days of receipt. You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, we suggest you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Your shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of your return shipping will not be refunded.

Refunds 
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
