100% wool, high quality archived deadstock cloth, woven, dyed and finished in Italy by a long established traditional textile mill specialised in weaving wool.
A premium mid weight 100% wool piece, but heavier than you may think. A standalone piece or ideal for layering in colder times, this piece will keep you both warm and comfortable
We have just one roll of this beautiful cloth, we should get around a dozen pieces and that's it, it's very unlikely we'll ever see this cloth again.
Each piece is Individually hand cut and sewn in our home town of Derby, the quality and make are first class. Constructed by hand on vintage machines in the traditional way, all inner seams are taped and bound for a quality finish inside and out.
Button fronted, two classic lower works pockets with authentic reinforced lower pocket panels, with single pocket insert, outer chest pocket and handy inner chest pocket with profile stitch. Buttonholes cut one by one on an industrial antique 1920's Singer buttonhole machine and finished off with beautiful dark brown deadstock buttons.
Nothing is automated, every detail is thoughtfully considered, nothing is rushed.
A short production run due to limited cloth availability, we are making around 12 pieces across all sizes.

Measurements & Sizing:
Below are technical measurements when the garment is laid flat, these measurements will be bigger than your actual chest measurement, allowing room for movement.
Chest measurements are taken 2cm below armpits.
Back length does not include the collar or rib.
