Bonded Works Jacket
Available for Pre-Order, ready 10th October.
This technical cloth is woven and finished in the north of England from a historical textile mill that started weaving cloth in 1880.
A bonded fabric in 100% premium cotton with a shower resistant finish. A technical process of bonding two fabrics together, in this case mid grey on the outer and a contrasting darker grey on the inside.
This type of construction offers a unique look and feel, with added durability, the quality is first class.
The jacket is cut and stitched in the United kingdom, in a short batch production, we have enough cloth for about 10 jackets across different sizes.
Constructed individually on vintage machines, built to last using traditional methods, taped and bound inner seams and facings, reinforced pocketing, keyhole buttonholes cut one by one on a 1950's industrial Recce 101 machine, nothing is rushed, all details are carefully considered.
Two classic lower works pockets with authentic reinforced panels and bar tacks, with single pocket insert, outer chest pocket and handy inner chest pocket with outer profile stitch.
