Mills Poplin Shirt
A beautiful 100% cotton poplin with a soft handle, perfect for summer and early Autumn.
Half a roll cloth discovered during one of our trips to the North of England, we won't see this cloth again.
The shirt is handmade in Great Britain on industrial vintage machines, using traditional construction methods throughout, French seams, taped facings and a sewn in buggy lining, the finish and make are first class.
Then garment-dyed in our own bespoke colours, with just six pieces produced per shade, this is a truly unique piece. The garment-dye process also eliminates any risk of shrinkage in home laundering and adds a natural softness to the cloth. A genuinely limited piece that can't be repeated due to the scarcity of materials.
Authentic one piece workwear collar design, outer chest pocket and handy inner chest pocket.
Buttonholes cut one by one on our 1960's industrial Japanese Brother machine, finished off with beautiful deadstock buttons.

Composition:

Wash Care:
30* wash, do not tumble dry, warm iron, do not bleach, do not dry clean. Wash similar colours together.

Regular fit, true to size, go for your usual size.

Below are technical measurements when the garment is laid flat, these measurements will be bigger than your actual chest measurement, allowing room for movement.
Chest measurements are taken 2cm below armpits.
Back length does not include the collar or rib.
